Who is responsible
Christian Shodipe runs Artizan as an independent arts project and is the data controller for enquiries. Contact: Christian@artizanradio.org.
What we use and why
We use your name, email address, selected service and message to respond to your enquiry and manage related correspondence. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: handling enquiries and developing relevant artistic collaborations. Providing these details is voluntary, but without contact details we may be unable to reply. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not make automated decisions about you.
Who handles your information
Formspree processes form submissions and Microsoft provides our email service. Their infrastructure providers may also process the information. Formspree may collect technical information, including your IP address, for delivery and security.
These services may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Formspree states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses. See Formspree’s safeguards, its privacy policy and Microsoft’s privacy statement for transfer information. Contact us to request details of applicable safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries while needed to resolve them and manage related follow-up. Retention depends on whether a collaboration is ongoing or records are needed for a legal obligation or claim. We delete enquiry records from the form service and mailbox when those reasons no longer apply.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact the email above to exercise your rights. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
